Bella Roma Restaurant & Pizzeria

Found this cosy place by accident and it was so good! The staff was super friendly and the portions size is amazing. We start of with garlic bread with caramelized onions and loved it. The restaurant had a good homey vibe to it.

Really enjoyed our family lunch here. Great atmosphere, excellent service. Love the quirky light fittings and retro bathroom taps. Fabio personally greets all guests either as they arrive or shortly after they are seated making you feel welcomed. He helpfully explained the many choices available for the dairy free and gluten free guests in our group and made an excellent starter suggestion - GF , DF, caramelized onion garlic bread, a good sharing starter for 4, leaving us enough room for a main course each and 2 shared desserts. We ate on a Saturday lunchtime and booked about a week in advance. There was some room for drop in customers, but I'm glad we guaranteed our place by booking. Just enough parking for a full house of diners. The interior was clean, tidy and well looked after. Clean and fresh, well maintained, bathrooms. A great place for a family dinner, anniversary meal, date night, or holiday meal. Easy to talk, sensible level of background music. Highly recommended.

The true Italian experience, All the staff are really friendly and make you feel like you want to try new things, The owner is lovely, always friendly and interactive, The food is top quality of a small family Italian experience Very traditional but still unique and heartwarming, the food was very quick to arrive, The cannelloni was a delicious blend of tomato bechamel chicken and beef and wasn't too heavy, The gnocchi was rich and creamy and cheesy leaving you wanting more. Along with a gooey chocolate fondant perfect for a finishing dish. The portions were perfectly sized to leave you satisfied without feeling overly stuffed. The atmosphere made you feel like you both belonged and were in an Italians family home with authentic Italian songs and atmosphere making it an unforgettable experience If we are ever around in this part of Wales again we will surely be making another visit to this truly one of a kind restaurant

Okay, I need to talk about the carbonara here because,..Wow I’m a carbonara lover and I’ve been hunting for the real original taste for ages And guess what? I finally found it here and all of food on my table was amazing!! The place is cosy the staff are lovely and the whole vibe just made me happy:)) If you love real Italian food especially carbonara you need to try this I’m definitely coming back T

We had pollo alla romana and a romana pizza. So delighted to be be there. The food is amazing, ambience is awesome. The food was light and fresh enough to meet your hunger.

Booked a party of 11 for a birthday lunch and couldn’t have had a better experience! Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, food was served quicky despite the large number of people, and the food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and full of flavour, and not a single person had a bad thing to say (with some fussy eaters too). Will definitely be coming back!

Such a lovely place, the staff make it. The atmosphere, the warm welcome, the fast and happy service and the great food made this a lovely place to visit and eat. Loved it and would happily go back.
